Lot Sizes

Lots in Phase II are typically 62' wide and 120', 135', or 150' deep. Corner lots are somewhat wider.

Flex lots allow some customers to adjust their lot size to match their needs.

Cottage Lots are about 2,500 s.f. and share a common green.

In Phase II there are approximately 160 lots. Some of them are for Classic Homes (the larger lots, larger homes) and some are Cottage Homes. A few of the Classic Home lots are Bungalow Lots which allow for a smaller building (house, office, etc.) to be placed at the back of the lot along with a standard home on the front of the lot.
