Lot Sizes

Lots in Phase I are typically 62' wide and 120', 135', or 150' deep. Corner lots are somewhat wider.

Flex lots allow some customers to adjust their lot size to match their needs.

In Phase I there are 157 lots. All of them are for Classic Homes (the larger lots, larger homes). A few of the lots are Bungalow Lots which allow for a smaller building (house, office, etc.) to be placed at the back of the lot along with a standard home on the front of the lot.
