There are many people who wish that agriculture in the Phoenix Area can be preserved. We feel that growth is inevitable, but we also believe that urban agriculture can thrive. The farm and the Agro-Commercial development are our best efforts at making that a reality.

The Agro-Commercial area is our vision for the development of Johnston family homestead area. Each existing building has been preserved by converting it to a new use compatible with an urban setting. The businesses in these renovated buildings all have a tie to the farm in on way or another. The first businesses we have developed are Joe's Farm Grill and The Coffee Shop.
